Turismo 2010 Terms & Conditions

• Each Ducati Owner is allowed to register one pillion, one non-Ducati rider and their pillion.
  
  
• Each motorcycle participating in Turismo must pass a pre-event safety inspection at an Authorised Ducati Dealer between January 10 and February 5. This documentation will be required in order to successfully register at the event.  Click here to download a list of Authorised Ducati Dealers.
  
  
• Each participant of Turismo in 2010 will be provided with one Turismo Event Bag on the first or registration day of the event containing various information and merchandise.
  
  
• Ducati Turismo participants are expected to behave in the ‘Ducati Spirit' at all times during the event. Any unacceptable or dangerous behaviour as deemed by Turismo Staff, will incur exclusion of the participants from continued involvement in the event without right of refund of registration fee.
  
  
• Turismo staff have the authority to exclude participants and bag check participants at any time over the course of the event where behaviour or circumstances deem it appropriate and necessary to do so.

Protecting your privacy and your personal information is an important aspect of the way Sane Event Group Pty Ltd (Ducati Turismo 2010 Secretariat) implements our activities, online and offline. The information that you provide to us is not sold to any third party data compilation services.

Sane Event Group and the Ducati Turismo 2010 website is not set up to automatically collect personally identifiable information from any visitor to our website. We will only collect personal information from you with your prior knowledge and consent. Personal information that may be gathered may include name, address, email or credit card information in the case of event registration purchases. The information you volunteer to us is used only to fulfil your requests.

All personal information you may provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any other mailing list - unless you have given specific permission as part of the requested service. Your email address is confidential. We will not use or disclose your email address to any third party without your explicit consent.

By requesting an event registration, you consent to the collection of your contact information which will not be disclosed, excluding credit card details for payment processing only.
