The Conference Dinner is smart casual and the theme is "The Taste Festival" - The Taste Festival is an annual festival held in Hobart and aims to celebrate and explore Tasmania’s rich heritage while contributing to increasingly sophisticated and forever surprising contemporary food culture. Above all the Festival is a celebration of artistic, cultural and culinary expression.
