Registration Fees
Any cancellations 60 days or more prior to the conference will incur a A$100.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations between 60 and 30 days prior will incur 50% cancellation fees on their total registration.
If your cancellation is received inside 30 days, 100% cancellation fee applies.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
For rooms released more than 45 days prior to conference no penalty applies.

For rooms released 45 - 14 days prior to conference a cancellation fee of one night's tariff will apply.

For rooms released inside 14 days prior to arrival full room tariff for every room/every night applies.

Payment for Cancellations and No Shows
Credit cards provided at the time of booking will be debited with cancellation fees unless prior payment has been received.
